As a small, family-owned and operated business, we appreciate your patience with any delays that might occur due to supplier delays. Your business matters more than you can imagine, so we appreciate your understanding, and can't wait to thrill you with your new Simple Jane product!
Simple Jane orders are shipping via USPS Priority Mail, which is typical 1-3 business days from date shipped. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 12PM will ship next day. Orders Placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
If there is a shipping delay or back-order on your product, we will notify you via email!
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for refunds or store credit within 30 days of your purchase. Item must be returned in its original packaging.
If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will notify you via email and your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or issue you a digital gift card for store credit.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be paid and insured by you. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
All purchases completed online mark an agreement to these terms.
