Simple Jane Opens Office In DC Ranch Marketplace.
Hemp-derived cannabidiol, otherwise known as (CBD) is slated to grow a staggering 700% by 2020, according to Forbes and Arizona will be a large part of that growth.
Simple Jane, a CDB topical company in Scottsdale, has been quietly growing along the way and recently opened their new corporate office at the DC Ranch Marketplace in the CUBE Executive Suites.
The company was founded in 2016 by mother-daughter-duo Angella and Chelsea Hamilton, who have lived in the Valley for over 15 years.
“Scottsdale and Phoenix have always been really progressive in the wellness space,” says Simple Jane Co-Founder Chelsea, who has spent the last 7 years living in the San Francisco Bay Area. “Companies bringing high-quality CBD to the market with great design and a high-end experience is the next wave of holistic wellness and I’m excited to see that continue to grow in this area.”
The Simple Jane concept started with a line of cannabis-infused topical aphrodisiacs. It has grown into a full line of luxury spa products for topical pain relief and overall relaxation.
The ever-changing laws and regulations led the small startup to focus only on using hemp-derived CBD oil in all of their products to avoid any question of legalities involved.
Because the products are made with imported, industrial hemp, everything is legal to ship, sell, purchase and consume in every state which allows the company to grow and withstand any fluctuations of the law.

Lisa Pontillo, owner of Titanium Salon in Desert Ridge has been a Stockist of Simple Jane products since 2017. “Having Simple Jane in my salon has been so wonderful, it gives our guests such an incredible experience which is what we strive for!” The salon currently offers scalp massage treatments with Simple Jane products as an upgrade prior to styling. This program is slated to expand in the coming months.
Simple Jane is currently carried by a select few retailers in Arizona, California, and Utah with more markets to come. Exclusive allocations of small-batch, seasonal products are available to members of Simple Jane’s email list and pop up events.
