As the summer heat continues to rise, one of the best ways to cool down is with a soothing CBD bathsoak. Elevating your soak with fresh herbs and veggies from the garden can nourish your skin with real vitamins and nutrients and leave your skin glowing.
Here's one of our favorite organic bathsoak recipes to cool down and feel refreshed:
Cool Like a Cucumber:
Ingredients: Plain Jane Himalayan Salt Soak
Organic Cucumber Slices
Organic Lemon Slices
Organic Mint Leaves
*Optional lavender and lemon Essential Oils

Prepare the Ingredients:
Cut cucumber and lemon into large slices and set aside in a separate bowl.
Use 3-4 oz. Plain Jane Bath soak into a separate bowl and add the essentials oils.
*Add Essential Oils: If you prefer to further enhance this recipe, add lemon and lavender essential oils into the bath soak mixture. Adding lemon and lavender essential oils will enhance the fragrance and therapeutic benefits of the soak.
Prepare Your Bath: fill your tub with warm water and add the salt mixture and the sliced lemons and cucumbers. Stir the water to help the salts and herbs dissolve.
Soak and Relax: soak for at least 20 minutes, and let the soothing properties of the ingredients work their magic.
