I use it everyday and have found that between lifting kids, workouts, and working at a desk it has significantly improved how my neck and shoulder muscles feel relieving significant tension.     On the mend balm is awesome. Even in hot blazing summer it made without melting even though it sat in my mail box until evening. It really helped my knee, neck and shoulder pains. It smells very nice and soothing. It melts right into skin and very smooth. It’s a great alternative for pain killers for stressed or tensed muscles. I love it
