On The Mend Travel Balm has exceeded my expectations! This balm has done wonders for my tension headaches! I’ve been massaging it in the base of my head, neck, and shoulders with the salt stone and it has helped so much! I just placed an order for the full sized balm so I can use that and save the travel size for on-the-go emergencies!

I’ve had On the Mend for years and have used it for neck and shoulder pain, but I had no idea that it was also the one-and-only salve that was ideal for late-stage perimenopausal foot pain until very recently.

Since developing random heel pain that’s attributable to plummeting hormone levels, I’ve tried just about everything…except the one thing I already had. Out of sheer desperation (and remembering that it’s been helpful for top-of-foot injuries over the years), I massaged some into my heels and felt relief…finally.

And now, I’m getting the full stick size, which will hopefully outlast my heel pain. And if not, at least I know where to find it 🙂

    I seriously can’t recommend On the Mend–or Simple Jane–enough!
